BREAKING: Explosion rocks Jefferson County An explosion and fire is reported at a Jefferson County plant.

TPC EXPLOSION: Three injuries reported. One worker suffered burns and was taken by medical helicopter to a Houston hospital. One sustained a fractured wrist and a third sustained a fractured leg. One of those victims was treated and released. No fatalities have been reported
