We are far behind on planning for vaccine distribution.

This is not well known, but Becerra has been a leader on reducing health costs by suing to remedy hospital consolidation that drives up prices.

This slide is mostly about shipping the vaccine to states. The Trump admin has not funded or planned for the "last mile" of distribution. Time is running out.

To be clear, this slide could have been made several months ago. If this is the distribution plan, it is not a plan at all. And we risk delaying widespread vaccination by several months.

This is a wonderful story to share with your daughters.

Sort of makes the case for tight-fitting, 3 layer cloth masks; or a tight-fitting cloth mask on top of a surgical mask. It's weird we don't have standards on this yet.

My sister-in-law, a frontline health care worker in NY, received the vaccine today.

Thank you to all who followed during the ACA repeal fight. Your activism gave me hope and inspiration.

"If one of the last meaningful things I can do is help even one person understand how important it is for millions of people to keep their Obamacare, then my illness will have served its purpose."

I know I've been absent from here, but wanted to share a poster I have in my home office.

BREAKING: Social Security Chief Actuary: Trump's proposal to eliminate payroll taxes would deplete the Social Security Trust Fund by 2023, "with no ability to pay benefits thereafter."

@DavidChalian  can you assure the public that CNN is not applying a different standard than it would have on election night?

The only thing worse than CNN refusing to call the race is CNN constantly trying to explain why they are refusing without being able to.

If you were to walk into a grocery store with 25 other customers in Chicago, there would be a 92% chance that at least one of you has COVID.

"In general, humans tend to fall victim to “comparative optimism,” in which we believe that bad things are more likely to happen to other people."

This note from medical professionals in DC is chilling. This group has been more right than any model throughout the pandemic.
