GOOD NEWS: Through my efforts to expose harmful items in the Democrats’ reckless tax-and-spending spree, I was able to help successfully remove several provisions that would have been detrimental to West Virginia families and businesses.
I also led efforts to prevent Democrats from imposing harmful taxes on companies holding spectrum that would have negatively impacted broadband deployment and expansion. This was something I highlighted in a recent @SenateCommerce hearing:
