Extreme wealth and extreme poverty have increased simultaneously for the first time in 25 years. Billionaire wealth is booming, while millions struggle to survive. Let’s end this era of #SurvivalOfTheRichest . It’s time to #TaxTheRich  to #FightInequality .

The existence of billionaires is evidence our economies are failing most people – especially women. When we #TaxTheRich , we decrease economic, racial, gender, and colonial imbalances. This is how we can #FightInequality  More:

The carbon emissions of the richest 1% of the world are more than *double* the emissions of the poorest half of humanity. Over-consumption of the elites is fueling #ClimateCrisis  yet it's poor communities & young people who pay the price.

To reduce inequality we must tax the richest by: 1. Creating a one-off solidarity and windfall taxes of 50-90%. 2. Permanently increase taxes on their income from labour and capital. 3. Use the revenues from these taxes to fight inequality. More:

Around the world, worker wages are being outpaced by inflation, resulting in a real-terms pay-cut due to the increased cost of basics. Workers didn't cause the cost-of-living crisis & shouldn't have to pay for it. More:

BREAKING: The world’s billionaires have more wealth now than 4.6 billion people. Now, more than ever we must #FightInequality  to #BeatPoverty ! Our new inequality report is out today ahead of #WEF20 . ?????????? ??????????
