In Feb 1997 Gene Deckerhoff and I filmed in front of the Wide World of Sports stadium while it was under construction. We filmed the show despite the hammering. My DPOY was number 9 in red LaVar Arrington. For 9 years it was a Who’s Who of future college stars.
Back in February 1996 we brought the top 25 players in the country to Disney World for three days filming a show around them. here is TimCouch our OPOY throwing passes in front of the magic kingdom castle for our camera crew. I loved Disney World and so did the players. #football
Kaden Genhardt 6’1” 192 Lewis Center, Olentangy HS, OH is a very talented defender who has played outside linebacker, strong safety and free safety. Super physical and quick to the ball he put together an outstanding freshman campaign. 66 tackles-4 int. @kaden_gebhardt
Ameer Yasin 6‘6“ 290 Tallmadge HS,OH it’s starting to receive a ton of interest from major schools. Can’t play tackle or guard. Named all district in 2022. Class of 2025. 3.0 GPA. He has long arms, quick feet and hands and runs well laterally. @AmeerYasin25
Max Riley 6’5” 265 Avon Lake HS, OH will be one of the more heavily recruited tackles in the country by the time he’s a senior. Class of 2026. Super impressive in person and on film. All district. Aggressive, athletic and technically sound.4*+ talent. @bigmax2026 3.6 GPA.

1993 was our second year for the Disney show. The picture taker cut off Part of Tony Gonzalez‘s head. Also in the picture Darrell Russell and George Lombard. also on this team was Orlando Pace, Fred Taylor, Curt Enis, Jarvis Reado, Josh Booty and Peyton Manning

In 1988 Terry Kirby and Chris Slade became a national offensive and defensive players of the year from Tabb high school in Virginia. First time and the only time in the 44 years I've been writing about college recruiting that players from the same team were named National POY.

Kennedy Urlacher 6' 185 Chandler HS is the son of NFL HOF Brian Urlacher and Kennedy is starting to make a name for himself. Physical, sure tackler and explosive at FS. Student of the game with good range and instincts. 4.2 GPA @k_urlacher11 I love his attitude and work ethic.
My #2 overall recruiting class is the Florida Gators. It's late February and they already have 12 commits for 2021. I've heard a lot of whispers from some 4 & 5 star recruits that they're very high on the gators.
