We continue to make strides on social services delivery and our industrialisation drive. In Yumbe today, I will commission a regional referral hospital and a fruit factory. My evening media address will be for the benefit of Busoga sub-region. #IWillVoteM7  #SecuringYourFuture

Thank you Mr. Laboke for this endorsement. We are committed to investing more in education infrastructure, teaching aids, constructing more schools, bettering teachers' pay, etc. It is for these reasons that I appeal to teachers to vote for the NRM. #SecuringYourFuture

I am happy to commission the Yumbe Regional Referral Hospital. It has been fully equipped to bring specialized services closer to our people here and reduce the burden on Arua hospital. Staff houses have also been put in place to ensure full-time service. #SecuringYourFuture

There is a lot of misinformation regarding election dates. Do not be misled.

As we come to the final days of the campaign process, I met the NRM leaders of Yumbe District and the signal for resounding victory here is deafening. I called upon our supporters here to ensure all other NRM candidates sail through to victory.

The @NRMOnline  has empowered marginalised groups like women, youth, the disabled and the elderly, by giving them a dominant political & economic voice. We believe in equality of humanity. This makes us certain that we are headed for victory. #IWillVoteM7  #SecuringYourFuture

With just two days to @NRMOnline  victory, I will conduct a radio/TV address this evening for the benefit of Buganda region. #IWillVoteM7  #SecuringYourFuture

In several meetings with the youth, they challenged me to do the #Jerusalemachallenge . When I consulted, I was told it's a popular song by South African stars. Of course, I would have loved to dance to my own "Another Rap" but due to the popular demand, I concede.

We are just 48 hours away from victory. I urge all @NRMOnline  supporters to get ready to vote. We shall put to shame all those who are unhappy with Uganda's progress and therefore think they can use this election to set us back. #IWillVoteM7  #SecuringYourFuture

Just like I had earlier promised, I started my day with indoor exercising.

Yesterday, I discouraged people who have been jogging in groups, exposing themselves to risk amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. You do not have to go outdoors to exercise. Here is my demonstration of how you can exercise indoors and stay safe.

I think I was misunderstood when I said people should stay home. I did not mean you should be confined indoors. You are allowed to enjoy your compound if it's hot or even go to the latrine outside. Besides most of our homes don’t have toilets inside. #M7Address  #Covid-19

In light of confirmation of a COVID-19 case in Uganda, I will today, at 4pm, address the country on what further steps to take so that we curb the possible spread of this disease. Thank you.

Nothing has caused prices of foodstuffs to be hiked. The bananas we had yesterday are the same today, the maize is the same. So the crooks who are taking advantage of coronavirus to hike prices of foodstuffs anywhere in this country will be arrested and their licenses revoked.

After work last night, I challenged my Bazukulu to an indoor work-out. We did Forty Push-ups. Just like I have always advised, even at your own home, you can stay safe, and remain fit and healthy.

I saw a video of so many people on the Northern bypass walking and running around that, they are exercising. This should stop. If you want to exercise, you can do that indoors. I will show you how it is done tomorrow. I will do a video for you.

I will address the country tonight at 8pm, guiding on the way forward as the 21-day lockdown extension comes to a close tomorrow. I urge you all to continue observing the guidelines from our health experts as the battle against the Covid-19 pandemic continues.

Abenakyo is indeed a tall, beautiful Musoga girl. My only concern is that she was wearing Indian hair. I have encouraged her to keep her natural, African hair. We must show African beauty in its natural form.
