At 12, Tamir Rice was tragically shot and killed by the Cleveland Police while he was playing in the park. Today would’ve been his 17TH Birthday. Instead of simply celebrating, Tamir’s mother is still fighting to keep the cop who killed Tamir off the Cleveland Police Force.
