NEWS 10 FIRST ALERT FIRE: Red Flag Warning has expired for Southern Oregon and most of Siskiyou county. The warning is still in place for far western Siskiyou and Del Norte counties until 5 PM tonight.
Mt St Helena (west) gusted to 70mph at 410am this morning. This is the strongest gust we've seen so far tonight but is ~21% weaker than Sunday night's peak gust of 89 mph at the same location. A red flag warning remains in effect through 5pm this afternoon.
The Red Flag Warnings for the lower elevations in the Bay Area as well as Santa Cruz Mtns have been allowed to expire. But the Red Flag Warning for the North Bay Mtns and East Bay Hills continues until 5 pm Tuesday. We've also adjusted our expected winds. Stay Safe!
