London, UK: District judge Samuel Goozee rejects an appeal by fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi (file pic) to dismiss documents submitted by Govt of India in their case against him in PNB fraud case. The court will hear the final submissions in the case on 7th & 8th January 2021.
