David Kennedy, a quiet man perpetually clad in jeans and a denim shirt, a ring of keys dangling from a belt loop, was sometimes mistaken for a janitor. But the co-founder of the Wieden+Kennedy ad agency was a creative luminary known for his work with Nike.
