Tomorrow, the Senate will try to pass the Right to Contraception Act which would codify the Supreme Court's decision in Griswold v. Connecticut and recognize the right to obtain and use contraception. We must act now to protect this essential right.

Clarence Thomas, in his concurrence with today's decision: "we should reconsider all of this Court's substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell." Those decisions prevent states from banning contraception, LGBT+ sex, and same-sex marriage.

Justice Clarence Thomas said SCOTUS should reconsider rulings protecting rights to contraception (Griswold), same-sex marriage (Obergefell) and same-sex relationships (Lawrence). In his concurring opinion to overturn Roe v. Wade he wrote: "We have a duty to 'correct the error.'"
Note to those who don't understand anything about what the Supreme Court does: you can be in favor of same-sex marriage and also believe that Obergefell is garbage law, in favor of contraceptive availability and still believe Griswold is trash. The Court is not a legislature.
