Cycling into work I stopped at pedestrian lights on Lwr Kimmage Rd at 8am. Fella on racing bike carves through the stopped bikes/vehicle and slams into school kid (7/8yo). Impact flipped child ( who had 'Green man') up in the air before landing on side of his head. Hope he is ok.
