Note to those who don't understand anything about what the Supreme Court does: you can be in favor of same-sex marriage and also believe that Obergefell is garbage law, in favor of contraceptive availability and still believe Griswold is trash. The Court is not a legislature.

Roe is huge and vital but the real target always has been Griswold. Conservatives do not believe in a Constitutional right to privacy.
