Today, I requested the @IRSnews ⁩ and @USTreasury ⁩ deliver outstanding Economic Impact Payments (EIPs) passed in the CARES Act. It is urgent these EIPs be delivered to provide the economic support promised in the CARES Act.

ICYMI: @amprog  poll finds 56% of voters believe U.S. citizens in households with undocumented immigrants should be eligible to receive economic impact payments. Any future #COVID19  legislation MUST include U.S. citizens in mixed status households.

JUST NOW FROM TREASURY: "Social Security beneficiaries who are not typically required to file tax returns will not need to file an abbreviated tax return to receive an Economic Impact Payment. Instead, payments will be automatically deposited into their bank accounts."
