We are proud to work with @RepAOC  on this important amendment that would stop Dakota Access and other pipelines across the country, protecting our air, water and climate.

These are the devices that are believed to have been used from planes circling overhead during Black Lives Matter protests the last few months and during the Dakota Access pipeline protests. Stingrays not only can grab communication but can also jam mobile communication.

The reasoning is straightforward. The Dakota Access line is in danger of being shut for a period of time, and that's adding to uncertainty around production in North Dakota, the 2nd-largest producing state.
