Police say the brother of Bronx Borough President Ruben Díaz was slashed in the back of the head Tuesday in a work dispute.

Running for reelection to his 17th term in Congress, @RepEliot Engel was caught Tuesday on a hot mic asking Bronx Borough President@rubendiazjr  for a turn to speak at a news conference. “If I didn’t have a primary, I wouldn’t care,” Engel told Diaz.
