Tu-95 & Tu-160 strategic bombers from the Caspian Sea were used on Kyiv attack this morning
Took off from Astrakhan Obl, -Command of Air forces spokesman said.
These bombers are armed with X-101 missiles that can hit targets at a distance of 5.5k km.
