BREAKING: Supreme Court Justice RuthBader Ginsburg has died at age 87. Here's a look at the legacy she leaves behind.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg leaves a country changed because of her life's work.

WATCH: Trump hears from a reporter that Justice Ginsburg has died. "She just died? Wow. I didn't know that, you're telling me now for the first time." "She led an amazing life. What else can you say? She was an amazing woman...I'm sad to hear that."

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the second woman to serve on the Supreme Court and a legal pioneer for gender equality whose fierce opinions as a justice made her a hero to the left, died Sept. 18 at her home in Washington. She was 87.

I asked: When the time comes, what would you like to be remembered for? "Someone who used whatever talent she had to do her work to the very best of her ability. And to help repair tears in her society, to make things a little better through the use of whatever ability she has."

McConnell just released a statement: "President Trump’s nominee will receive a vote on the floor of the United States Senate."

You can’t start saying McConnell should follow his rule. You have to say what you’ll do when he doesn’t. That’s all that matters. If Dems win the White House and the senate they can undo the effect of the corrupt scotus seats. That’s all that matters. But you have to say it now.

Btw the government shuts down before the election without a must-pass spending bill, just FYI.

GOP refused to allow Pres.Obama’s nomination of Merrick Garland to go forward because of its proximity to the 2016 election -237 days. There are 46 days until the 2020 election. McConnell says he intends to push thru a nomination now. The hypocrisy is staggering.
