Jharkhand: A Chhattisgarh Armed Force constable shot his company commander dead & later killed himself in Khelgaon, Ranchi, early morning today. The company was deployed for election duty.The company commander identified as Inspector Mela Ram Khure&constable as Vikram Rajware.
