IT'S OFFICIAL: COVID-19 restrictions in Minnesota will be ending very soon, starting with lifting capacity limits this month. Mask mandate to end by July 1 if state reaches 70% vaccination. MN is currently at 59%: people that have received at least 1 dose of the vaccine.

Pretty sure Scarlett Johansson just got a pointed dig at James Franco, who has been accused of exploiting his young, female acting students. The accusations were prompted by his wearing a Time’s Up pin at the Golden Globes.

There have been enough suspicious acts like this caught on video this week, and it's become increasingly clear over the past few nights that white instigators have been leading the fire-setting.

Diane Binns, 70, of St. Paul is angry at the people here. Binns came here to get medication for her daughter.
