On the day or the NV caucuses Sanders will hold rallies in El Paso and San Antonio. That means Sanders, Warren, and Buttigieg (at least) will spend most of the day elsewhere, taking advantage of early caucus finish. Only Warren has been asked if she was cutting NV loose.

I have been around this racket for going on 40 years, and I have never seen a purportedly neutral poll that left out a top-tier candidate simply because it wanted to.

Well, I'd say it's more than that. The point of a long primary campaign is that you have to survive lots of tests. Debates, opposition research/rough news cycles, polling slumps—and then perform respectably well in the first 4 states. Bloomberg hasn't done almost any of that yet.
