Dear health flaks: I am not going to JPM and no i don't want to sit down with your client who is going to "fix" health care once and for all.

It used to be only poor people couldn't afford health care. Now almost everyone can't afford it. No wonder it's voters' top issue.

Seems an opportune time to re-up this story form 2016 in time for tonight's debate:
