Latest #ECB  blog entry is a good reminder that accommodative monetary policy is here to stay. Add to this the dampening impact from stronger euro on inflation and increase in PEPP looks likely.

In 2008, the #German  government’s interest payments amounted to 2.7% of GDP. This year, it will be some 0.8% of GDP. Time to send this “thank you letter” to Mario Draghi and the #ECB .

German decoupling from €zone. In 2014, only 36.6% of all German exports went to €zone. In 2005, it was almost 45%.
