I don't know who needs to hear this, but the $350B that is being allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, is being quickly taken up by business owners with savvy financial advisors/accountants who are urging them to apply and walking them through the process.

No one makes a billion dollars. You TAKE a billion dollars. You take it from your workers (Hi, Jeff, Jim, and Alice!). You plunder it from the environment (What up, Charles & David?). You strip it using patents/protections (Lookin' at you, Bill.)

It took a virus to kill the deficit myth.
