You don’t have to be #vegan  to adore #RecipeOfTheDay , but if you are, you will be especially pleased - I hope - to know it’s my Lemon Tendercake with Blueberry Compote! It tastes divine, and the texture is just so light and dreamy

I know a lot of you have been cooking this recently. For those yet to discover comfort in its embrace, #RecipeOfTheDay  is my Chicken in a Pot with Lemon and Orzo. Other small pasta or, indeed, basmati rice could be used in place of the orzo if wished

#RecipeOfTheDay is really more of a suggestion of something good to eat than an actual recipe: Spinach and Avocado Salad with Pumpkin Seeds – and it’s very welcoming towards any additions you might care to make to it!
