Fair weather will continue across Nevada through early Sunday. A weak system should then pass through Nevada Sunday evening bringing a slim chance for showers. Temperatures are still looking to remain above normal through the weekend. #nvwx

One of the rarest clouds ever. This was taken over Battle Mountain, Nevada, USA on 8 March 2018. It's called a horseshoe cloud for obvious reasons. #nvwx  Credit goes to eagle-eye Christy Grimes.

Awesome Kelvin Helmholtz clouds yesterday. Look for a warm weekend w/ highs in the upper 60s to 70s. Light winds today but will pick up out of the south & west 10-20 mph tomorrow. There will also be increasing clouds with a chance of afternoon/evening showers/storms in the north
