Happy #InternationalCatDay ! Who knew deadly could be so cute! The black-footed cat is the deadliest wild cat in the world 😲

The rusty-spotted cat is one of the smallest felines in the world and has only been recorded in India, Sri Lanka and Nepal. We don't know much about its behaviour in the wild, but this cat is thought to be nocturnal and prey on birds and rodents. #CatDay

Caracals are medium-sized, stocky cats, identifiable by their sandy coats and large ear tufts. Found in Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia, caracals are excellent bird hunters, able to leap up to four metres into the air to catch prey. #CatDay
