See a pattern here? California's population is 35% larger than Texas, but Texas has increased the supply of single-family homes 2-3X more than CA since 2010 and that's reflected in home prices in CA that are now 2.7X higher than Texas. @VanceGinn  🤔👇

@GlennLoury  @Rav57536964The  increase in the number of black homicide victims last year (+2,614 and +7 every day) was the largest annual increase in history. It's one of the great moral failings of our time that the black victims of this metastasizing violence get almost no media/public attention.🤔

@Rav5753696  @GlennLoury4  Here's the full FBI history back to 1985, and yes during the 1991-1994 period there were more black homicide victims than in 2020. It's possible in 2021, the number will again top 10,000.

Median Household Income and Share of Births to Unwed Mothers by Race in 2019. See Any Patterns?

The amazing 80% reduction in world poverty from 42.3% in 1981 to 8.6% in 2018. It probably took 1,000 years to cut the poverty rate in half from to 84% to 42% in 1981; then 24 years to get to 21% in 2005 and then only 10 years to cut it in half again to 10% in 2015. #Capitalism

I predict these gender college degree gaps in favor of women will get NO attention again this year. @CHSommers

The 6.8% increase in median household income last year was the highest on record and about 10X the average increase of 0.72% since 1968.
