“Third spaces” that bridge the gap between working downtown and enjoying its entertainment options could help bring remote workers back to downtown Milwaukee post-pandemic.

The labor union at Harley-Davidson Inc.’s plant in York, Pennsylvania, rejected a tentative contract with the company but the next steps in the process are unclear.
