Navy Veteran Neil Armstrong, and Air Force Veterans Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins manned the Apollo 11 moon landing. The National Air and Space Museum displayed "Apollo 50: Go for the Moon" with artwork and footage on the Washington Monument.
