The Duchess recently visited @BWA_RDG  to hear from domestic abuse survivors and their children about how the charity has supported them during Covid-19. Since the pandemic began, the charity has seen a threefold increase in demand for refuge space. 📸 Clara Molden / @Telegraph

The Duchess presented Riflemen with Long Service and Good Conduct awards, thanking them for their service.

The Duchess tells the 5 Rifles she is “proud to be their Colonel-in-Chief” during today’s visit. @RiflesRegiment 

Last year, @RailDeliveryGrp  and @womensaid  launched the lifesaving #RailToRefuge  scheme, which covers the cost of train tickets for survivors of domestic abuse escaping to refuges. Some of the survivors at @BWA_RDG  used the initiative themselves to reach safety.

The Prince this afternoon visited St Bartholomew’s Hospital. 🏥 @LiAStBarts  has provided free healthcare on the same site since the reign of Henry I making it the oldest hospital in the UK.
