Tech Rescue Companies worked on their . ( rapid intervention team) skills at the Fire Academy . Using search and rescue techniques, they located the 3 trapped under extreme conditions & brought them to safety. This was invaluable training.

A approximately 11:05 AM a car into the building building at 651 East Broadway st. South Boston. No injuries to report, awaiting the arrival of the @ISDBoston ⁩ building inspector. The cause of the crash is under investigation by @bostonpolice ⁩ .

The driver of the car was transported by @BOSTON_EMS ⁩ . There are 6 residents displaced by the accident.

Level 2 Hazmat at Northeastern Univ. a chemical spill . 2 people evaluated at the scene by @ems  but were not transported. Companies monitored the air quality and determined to be safe. The lab is shut down awaiting a clean up company

We honor and remember the lives of Lt. Ed Walsh and FF. Michael Kennedy, who were tragically killed in the line of duty five years ago today ,working at a 9 alarm fire at 298 Beacon St..Please pause and think about our fallen brothers and their families. May they Rest In Peace .

Early this morning the members of E-3 granted a 10 yr. old boy from NH who is staying in ⁦⁩ for surgery his wish. He wanted a ride to ⁦⁩ on a fire engine. His wish has been granted. ⁦⁩ ⁦⁩ ⁦
