Judge Garland also doesn’t know whether President Biden’s executive order on “equity” directs the government to treat some Americans differently from others based on the color of their skin.
Ensuring the the Senate has time to debate these issues and get answers is the same thing that Senate Democrats did for Bill Barr. We’re not going to have one standard for Trump’s nominees and another for Biden’s.
Apple & Google’s app platforms are a necessity for many small businesses & startups to exist – but they rig the rules to bulldoze competition and consolidate their power. It’s time to loosen Big Tech's grip on our economy. Bills like this are a good start.
