Hands-Only CPR is just as effective as traditional CPR with rescue breathing, and it's easy to perform. If you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse, call 911 and push hard and fast on the center of the chest.

As with men, the most common heart attack symptom in women is chest pain or discomfort. But it’s important to note that women are more likely to experience the other common symptoms. Learn more at
