Turns out, the confirmation email and text both have HIGHLY prominent cancellation links/buttons. Knowing how many elderly people will be getting those emails and texts, this seems like a critical design flaw.

I can't tell you how much I was crushed by this whole experience. Getting that appointment for her felt like my first little win against the virus, the first time I've felt like I had major agency in months. I've been totally deflated all week.
