US The US Department of Justice has revived its #investigation  into the death of #GeorgeFloyd , empaneling a new grand jury and calling new witnesses as part of its probe of former #police  officer Derek Chauvin, the New York Times reported on Tuesday.

The man in custody has been identified as 34-year-old Jeremy Lee Mondy. According to a news release Tuesday from the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Mondy remains in custody in the Columbia County Jail on one count of homicide. #Fox47Madison
