“Hezbollah should know it is playing with fire” #Netanyahu  said Israeli forces thwarted an attempt by #Hezbollah  to infiltrate across the Lebanon frontier on Monday, which the Iranian-backed Shi’ite group denied.

#Israel  and #Lebanon  exchanged fire in their border zone, a week after Shiite Hezbollah militia threatened to take revenge for one of their members' death during an Israeli attack in Damascus, Syria.

An #Israeli  official and Lebanese sources said #Hezbollah  carried out an operation along the Lebanese-Israeli frontier on Monday but the Iranian-backed Shi’ite group denied it had done so.

My report: “The average #Iraqi  is able to differentiate between the [Shiite militia] brigades that are looking to enrich themselves, versus those that are looking to protect the community...and those that threaten [the PM] and state it openly" @csmonitor 

None of Iraq’s existing graveyards wanted the bodies of Covid-19 patients. So Shiite leaders created a burial ground for them that is also open to Sunnis and Christians.

Iran making threats of mass escalation. To attack more bases in Iraq. To unleash Hezbollah. To unleash shiite militias in Iraq. To attack Israel and Dubai. Making it clear it is ready for a widespead campaign if this escalates further with a US response.

In a major operational effort, we have thwarted an attack against Israel by the Iranian Quds Force & Shi'ite militias. I reiterate: Iran has no immunity anywhere. Our forces operate in every sector against the Iranian aggression. “If someone rises up to kill you, kill him first.”

BREAKING: Iraqi supporters of a Shiite militia have broken into the U.S. embassy compound in Baghdad after smashing a door and storming inside, prompting tear gas and sounds of gunfire. The attack on the compounds follows deadly U.S. airstrikes.

Irony, if that’s the word - backfire could be another - is that Iranian regime was facing protests, serious ones, in both Iran and Iraq until the US drone strike on Soleimani and Iraqi Shiite militia leader.

BREAKING: We just prevented a pending, large-scale attack of multiple killer drones on Israel by striking Iranian Quds Force operatives and Shiite Militia targets in Syria.

I’m deeply troubled by the Saudi government’s mass execution of 37 prisoners, including 33 members of the kingdom’s Shiite minority. Human Rights Watch has reported that many of the confessions in two mass trials were obtained using torture and the prisoners later recanted.
