@liannami  But Peralta just said that the Supreme Court has no withheld allocation. The judiciary also enjoys fiscal autonomy. Drilon tries to get an opinion out of Peralta, but the chief justice did not give a direct answer. Earlier, Omb Sam Martires told Senate the DBM act was illegal.
