Another health worker has died due to COVID-19. Arvin Pascual, a nurse at Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center in Cabanatuan City, passed away on Wednesday morning, the Philippine Nurses Association Inc. announced on Facebook post.
