Provinces are working to revise their COVID-19 vaccination plans as the Pfizer-BioNTech shipments slow down in the coming weeks.
The new recommendation comes after the federal government announced earlier there will be a "temporary" delay of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine shipments.
