Negotiations between Patrick Terminals and the Maritime Union will resume today after eight hours of talks failed to resolve a pay dispute at Port Botany.

The Maritime Union Association is offering a peace deal to end the Patrick Terminals dispute and port hold-up. The MUA had been seeking a 6% annual wage increase over four years but has proposed a 2.5% increase, with the existing workplace agreement be extended for 12 months.
