Authorities say two people suffered critical, life-threatening injuries after an early morning house fire in northwest D.C.

A large storm system is expected to move through the region late Wed thru Thu. This system appears likely to bring moderate to heavy rain, then turning over to wet snow in the northwest late Wed & Thu. Some slushy snow accumulations will be possible with it, especially Thu AM.
