The Muslim Ban was cruel and unjustified. @PresElectBiden knows that, which is why he ended it Day 1. But a future president might try to do it again. That's why I'm reintro #NoBanActucing my to prohibit any future bans without an actual justification.
Congress just introduced the NO BAN Act to reform our laws to limit future discriminatory bans like the Muslim ban. As Black and Brown immigrants continue to bear the brunt of our broken system, we hope this is the beginning of a new chapter.
