I've seen some folks calling for John Kelly to follow Mattis, Allen, Mullen and others in speaking out.
Alt view: I don't give a damn if John Kelly speaks out unless it is to apologize profusely for his shameful role in implementing some of the most vile policies of this POTUS.
“Donald Trump is the first president in my lifetime who does not try to unite the American people—does not even pretend to try. Instead, he tries to divide us. We are witnessing the consequences of three years of this deliberate effort.”
Mattis, Bolton and Kelly are not liberal deep state plants. And yet in their own way they are trying to tell us something about the man they served. This is not an argument for removal at the impeachment trial. But it speaks to Trump’s fitness for office, no?
