Railways deliver over 2960 tonnes of Liquid Medical Oxygen across country

Railways has so far delivered more than 2960 tonnes of Liquid#MedicalOxygen to various states So far, Railways has delivered 174 tonnes of Medical Oxygen to Maharashtra, 729 tonnes to UP, 249 tonnes to MP, 1334 tonnes to Delhi, 305 tonnes to Haryana and 123 tonnes to Telengana.

‘Oxygen Express’ train loaded with liquid medical oxygen tankers from Vizag has reached Nashik. 4 Oxygen tankers have been unloaded to provide additional oxygen to the patients. Under the leadership of PM @narendramodi ji, Railways continues to serve during difficult times.
Railways is running its first Oxygen Express in its fight against COVID-19. The Ro-Ro service with 7 empty tankers departed from Kalamboli, Maharashtra for Vizag today. Oxygen Express will move via a green corridor for loading with Liquid Medical Oxygen.
The first ‘Oxygen Express’ train loaded with liquid medical oxygen tankers has left for Maharashtra from Vizag. Railways continues to serve the nation in difficult times by transporting essential commodities and driving innovation to ensure the wellbeing of all citizens.
Under the leadership of PM @narendramodi ji, the first ‘Oxygen Express’ train loaded with liquid medical oxygen tankers from Vizag has reached Nagpur. 3 tankers have been offloaded in Nagpur. The train will proceed to Nashik, delivering oxygen for patients across Maharashtra.
