This street off Interstate 40 shows the severity of flash flooding in Kingman, AZ. The roadway is completely submerged, & parts of the area saw up to 5 inches of rain in just 2 to 3 hours. Numerous flooded homes & vehicles were reported, some of which resulted in water rescues.
