Time to abrogate Simla Agreement of 1972. As Jana Sangh we had called it a “sell out” which it turned out to be. Even Mrs G had hesitated but TDK and ISI plant & TDK guest Farida Ataullah kept phoning Mrs G in Simla demanding she surrender India’s interests.

For Karyakartas of the Jana Sangh and BJP, no words can do justice to Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia's monumental efforts to build these parties. She resisted the Emergency tooth and nail, overcoming all forms of intimidation, bullying and dirty tricks of those in power then.

Since the days of the Jana Sangh, women Karyakartas have played a pivotal role in the Party. I commend the for their endeavours and wish them the very best for their efforts in the times to come.
