2 Americans just landed safely after spending 2 months in space. 11 years ago, an Obama committee concluded that would take 12 years and cost $26 billion. Elon Musk did it in 6 years-- for less than $1 billion. Private competition is always better. #SplashDown  #LaunchAmerica

While 92 million can't afford health care, the 4 richest Americans are now worth $512.8 billion: - Jeff Bezos: $193 billion - Bill Gates: $122 billion - Mark Zuckerberg: $101 billion - Elon Musk: $96.8 billion It's time to tax the billionaire class and expand Medicare to all.

Billionaire wealth gains during pandemic: Jeff Bezos +$81,000,000,000 Elon Musk +$60,000,000,000 Mark Zuckerberg +$41,000,000,000 Daniel Gilbert +$38,000,000,000 Bill Gates +$15,000,000,000 Charles Koch +$6,000,000,000 Meanwhile, 40M Americans face eviction. Tax the rich.

Every time Elon Musk pokes fun at government assistance for the 99%, remember that he would be worth nothing without $4.9 billion in corporate welfare. Oh, Elon just l-o-v-e-s corporate socialism for himself, rugged capitalism for everyone else.

Tesla forced all workers to take a 10 percent pay cut from mid-April until July. In the same period, Tesla stock skyrocketed and CEO ElonMusk’s net worth quadrupled from $25 billion to over $100 billion. Musk is a modern-day robber baron.

Elon Musk mocks government assistance for struggling Americans, but had no problem accepting $4,900,000,000 in government subsidies to fuel his business empire. We have socialism for pampered billionaires, ruthless capitalism for everyone else.

Elon Musk: There shouldn’t be another government bailout to help the American people. Tesla: We received government aid to remain profitable last quarter. The hypocrisy of America’s billionaires never ceases to amaze me.

So let me get this straight: Elon Musk doesn't think the government should bail out the American people during the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression, but he has no problem collecting government subsidies and tax breaks to line his own pocket?

What a hypocrite. Elon Musk has received billions in corporate welfare from U.S. taxpayers. Now he wants to stop 30 million Americans who lost jobs from receiving $600 a week in unemployment benefits, while his wealth has gone up by $46.7 billion over the past 4 months. Pathetic.

Elon Musk furloughed thousands of factory workers and ordered pay cuts. Meanwhile, he stands to take home a $700M bonus. Now, he's threatening to close his Fremont facility and take away people’s jobs unless he’s allowed to risk their health. Billionaires aren't the answer.
