Tiger Woods will not face reckless driving charges in Tuesday’s rollover accident. LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva told reporters that the department has ruled the single-vehicle crash an accident although a traffic investigation is ongoing.

On Instagram Live, L.A. County Sherriff Alex Villanueva said the department is not considering charges of any kind against Tiger Woods. They're considering it an accident, which could lead to a misdemeanor at most. Also: “He was not drunk. We can throw that one out.”
