Capitol rioters’ indiscretion on social media and their friends' willingness to turn them in has helped authorities charge about 150 people as of Monday with federal crimes.

One can only imagine what it would be like if FBI had investigated other alleged crimes, including those within its own ranks, with the quickness and enthusiasm they're applying to the Capitol riots. We might not have even had the riots.

Imagine filming yourself doing crimes at the Capitol, hoping for a pardon from Trump, and watching the minutes tick down yesterday as he ignored you and flew to Florida. Don't worship politicians, kids.

While the rest of America sees new videos of the treasonous ransacking of our Capitol, right-wing TV sees the opposite. These channels minimize the crimes, make excuses, divert blame, try to absolve Trump, and obsess over "Big Tech" instead. 1/6 trutherism is already underway.

The acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia says "hundreds" of people may face charges for storming the Capitol. And, he says, if evidence points to crimes by elected officials — such as incitement of violence — he's prepared to bring charges.

Reporting: In *one* day in June, D.C. police arrested BLM protesters at over *seven* times the rate of Trump rioters at the Capitol on Wednesday. There was far more evidence of trespassing and other serious crimes at the Capitol, much of it on tape.
